Precision crossed roller bearing linear stages. Our linear stage product family, shown here with a counterbalance for Z applications, begin with 25 mm travel and go up to 400 mm, with several motor and encoder options to fit your application needs.
XY linear system. ALIO’s XY monolithic True Nano™ performance is exceptional. This series of linear stages comes with enclosed or open-center versions, 
from 50mm travel to 450mm travel. Standard axis bi-directional repeatability is better than 50 nm. We can provide 10 nm bi-directional repeatability for demanding applications. Stages come with NIST traceable data that guarantees nano precision.
Servo voice coil Z stage. High-precision, compact designs for Z / lift stages have always been an industry challenge. Alio’s nano-precision, air counter-balanced Z lift stages overcome this challenge with voice coils and rigid precision structures. The VC Z series of stages are available up to 50 mm travel. Longer travels are available upon request.
Linear CM servo motors. These cost-effective linear servo stages have been designed 
for customers who need True Nano™ precision at affordable prices. CM servo motor stages have the same ALIO 6-D precision, but provide reduced linear force, for applications that require lower acceleration. The stage family uses the same precision anti-skid bearings as all other ALIO mechanical bearing products, and are offered in the same 25 mm to 400 mm travel range.
Ceramic servo motors: ALIO has built reliable nano precision ceramic servo-motor stages since a decade. Ceramic motors are used for highly demanding applications, especially in vacuum environments. ALIO’s piezo motor stages are available from 18 mm to 400 mm travel. Right from the day they were first introduced, Alio’s piezo stages have set the standard in the field.
